Refund policy

CUSTOM MOTORCYCLE FAIRING REFUND POLICY
(Last Updated: August 11, 2025)

1. Product Nature Acknowledgement

All fairings are custom-made products based on customer specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Dimensions/designs are unique to your motorcycle model

  • Color schemes and graphics cannot be altered after production begins

2. Pre-Purchase Consultation Requirement

We strictly require customers to:
✓ Contact Us 
✓ Provide exact motorcycle year, make, and model
✓ Approve final design via email before production

3. Refund & Return Conditions

We only accept returns/refunds under two circumstances:
🔧 Condition 1: Fairings are physically damaged during shipping (Must report within 48 hours with unboxing video)
🏍️ Condition 2: Proven incompatible with your motorcycle (Requires video demonstration)

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

All other cases including but not limited to:
✖ Change of personal preference after production
✖ Incorrect model information provided by customer
✖ Minor color variations from screen to physical product

5. Pre-Shipment Confirmation

To minimize disputes:

  • We will send 3+ high-resolution photos of finished product

  • Customer must reply "APPROVED" within 72 hours

  • No shipment will proceed without confirmation

6. Warranty Coverage

All fairings include 12-month warranty against:
🛡️ Manufacturing defects (e.g. resin cracks)
⚠️ Excludes damage from accidents/modifications
